Candice Bees lives in South Wales with her husband, and a number of animals. Candice was brought up around a variety of pets and started drawing them as soon as she could pick up a pencil.

Candice studied art at university and has a BA honours degree in illustration. Her passion for art, combined with a love of animals, has resulted in her ability to capture the personality of animals in her pictures. 

Craft Renaissance (an arts centre in Monmouthshire) is currently displaying and selling Candice's work. There is a link to Craft Renaissance on the links page

A drawing by Candice was recently exhibited at the Mall Galleries in London at the Society of equestrian artists annual exhibition the picture was a 3ft x 4ft pencil drawing titled "Ready and Waiting". This picture can be seen on the exhibitions gallery on this website. Candice is a friend of the society of equestrian artists and the association of animal artist

Candice can work from photographs, and can use either oils on canvas or pencil, to capture your pet in a picture that you will treasure forever.
